Apple devices by default have limited warranty. We encourage customers to subscribe to AppleCare Protection Plan to extend the warranty.

  • Mac and Apple display have a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support.
  • Customers can extend warranty coverage to an additional two years by buying the AppleCare Protection Plan.

  • The asset refresh policy of most enterprise customers requires them to have warranty coverage for 3 to 4 years. We work closely with our customers and Apple team to offer a customised warranty solution that enables enterprises to confidently invest and deploy large volume of Apple devices within the enterprise with full warranty coverage for 3 to 4 years.

    Many enterprise customers deploy applications on devices which is used by their team on the field. In such case there is a high probability that the device may get damaged or stolen. We work closely with insurance service providers to offer coverage to enterprise customers on a host of insurance protection solutions that include — Accidental & Liquid Damage protection, Theft Protection, Courtesy handset service, Free pick up and drop, Anti Virus, spam protection, Lost phone locater, Backup service, etc.
